Donnadieu & Associés possesses specific skills in the area of microfinance, a growing sector designed to enable businesses and individuals previously excluded from the official banking system to obtain access to financial services.

Our know-how in this area is the result of significant related experience within developing countries. We have capitalised on this experience by preparing the first ever external audit guide focusing on the related credit risk issues. This guide has been published, via the French Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the international Fédération Internationale des Experts-Comptables Francophones, for the benefit of approximately thirty French-speaking countries.

At the request of international fund providers and of other public and private organisations, Donnadieu & Associés undertakes engagements requiring assessment, audit and other expertise. We also advise international solidarity organisations wishing to set up their own internal microfinance programmes.
